Laser burning of sheet metal
Using 2 laser burners with 6000 x 2000 mm and 3000 x 1500 mm tables, quality burning of sheets up to 15 mm thick.
Plasma and gas burning
Using 3 plasma cutting machines with tables of 13,000 x 3,000 mm, 12,000 x 3,000 mm and 6,000 x 2,000 mm. Plasma burning up to 25 mm thick, gas burning up to 150 mm.
Guillotine cutting
From 1.5 mm to 12 mm thickness, and 4 meter (up to 6 mm thickness) and 3 meter (up to 12 mm) thickness.
Bending
Using numerically controlled (CNC) presses (3 units), maximum pressure of 1,200 tonnes over a 12 meter section.
Blasting
Blasting services for steel components and parts in a 14,000 x 4,000 mm area.
Powder coating
Smaller components as well as larger structures.
Welding services
A wide range of welding of steel components and non-standard structures.
